Terms of Service

Clients understand that they are agreeing to these terms and conditions upon payment of commission.I reserve the right to find a compromise or, in the worst case scenario, decline the commission should I feel uncomfortable with the request.

General

Please provide visual references.

I will not work off of written descriptions alone, especially pertaining to OCs. Rough sketches of what you’re looking for are also appreciated (but not necessary). Whatever you can provide to best get you idea across to me.GenAI will NOT be accepted as reference material, and will result in the immediate termination of any transactions between parties.

Payment

Payments are made through an invoice delivery method only.Prices remain the same for CAD & USD, please specify before invoice delivery which is preferred.Stripe is used to accept payments, and payments must be made upfront upon confirmation of the commission. Paypal is also accepted, if necessary.
Invoices will be sent after the details of the commission are agreed upon.Commission work will begin upon receiving payment.Cryptocurrency will not be accepted as payment.

Process

Commissions, on average, are completed with a 3-4 week window.
Progress check-ins may be requested for Full Colour works to ensure client satisfaction.Revisions requested during check-ins may be subjected to extra charges according to the size/complexity of the change.
This does not apply to colour corrections.
Revisions will affect the turn around time of commission orders.Should circumstances arise where the order is not completed in that time frame, clients will be notified accordingly.

Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations & refunds may be administered before the completion of the order.
Depending on progress, clients may only be eligible for partial refunds.
Full refunds will not be administered after the piece is completed and sent to client.Edits to commission pieces may be requested after completion.
Extra charges will be applied according to the size/complexity of revision.

As a Customer

Clients have the rights to use completed commission pieces for personal and non-commercial uses only; icons, wallpapers etc.Clients may upload and share the artwork on other platforms so long as the piece is credited back to me.Clients may not claim the art work to be their own.Completed commission pieces may not be used for commercial purposes, unless negotiated prior to invoice delivery with adequate compensation.Minting commission for non-fungible tokens is strictly prohibited.Clients shall not reproduce and/or otherwise use the work in any manner for purposes of training artificial intelligence technologies to generate work, including with limitation, technologies that are capable of generating works in the same style or genre as the Work.
Nor shall Client sub-license others to reproduce and/or otherwise use the Work in any manner for purposes of training artificial intelligence technologies to generate work.Breaking these terms will result in the termination of any future transactions between parties.
